App itself works wonders. Everything connects and responses well, and I have several and various lights at home from Nedis (some twice because I love them so much). Edit: I resolved the issue I had with one of the products in use. Fixed from 4 stars to 5.

I just lost all my timings with the latest update - just says 'no data', but continues to follow the old (missing/invisible) schedule. It worked well before. Please fix it or roll back to previous version which was fine. Edit: now that I've re-entered all my data I use it all the time and it works well. For all my heating radiator thermostats and smart plugs. Automations & timings work.

Wi-Fi smart video doorbell - great when it works but unfortunately since yesterday I can't view live stream or playback, won't work on Wi-Fi or mobile data, keep getting error messages, I've tried everything but to no avail. Motion sensor and chime working but useless if I can't view the video. Really don't want to do a factory reset as it's a pain to set up. Currently waiting to hear from customer service, hopefully they can help. Edit to reply - I haven't received an email today.

Went from being a decent alternative to Philips Hue, to the reason I'm buying Philips Hue. They're just as hungry for your data as Philips Hue are and the latest app update has made old lightbulbs unusable. With Philips Hue you at least get a function product while they collect your data, unlike Nedis.
