It was so eerie that the day my husband and I subscribed to the app, we needed it! I had my phone charging in another area of the house and was watching TV. My husband, who was out of town, had tried calling and texting me, due to an emergency with his 91 y/o mother. Had we not had the app, I would not have heard the NeedUNow alarm that he used to contact me. The app was a timely blessing! We fully recommend the app for peace of mind during a crisis. So worth the nominal fee!

I've had the app for some time now. When I decided to check in on it, it crashes when I go to my profile, it has no contacts saved in it, and when I try to re-invite it says the mobile number is wrong.

Unfortunately it didn't work. When silent phone makes no noise. Alerts were not all sent on time either. Shame. No way to clear alerts, messages said read when I hadn't opened them on the secondary phone. Will try again at a later time.
