NE FCU has been my bank for about 13 years or so. I've been using the app for about 5 or 6 years now. The app has made my banking so easy. 5 out of 5 stars, anything less, and I would just question that individuals capabilities.

Very convenient, especially during the COVID shutdowns. My only note is that it's difficult to deposit a check with a perforation at the top. The app rejects it. Update 3-24-22 Now that I'm more accustomed to this app, I like it even more. I'm also having fewer problems taking pictures of the chec ks. Either you worked on it, or I got better at it.

This app in general totally sucks for one when you're using fingerprints or username and password to unlock your bank account it takes forever to log. In addition, for mobile deposits on checks when did it change that you can only deposit a mobile check by writing remote deposit at NE FCU? To me as long as the check says mobile deposit that should be good enough. R. West

The last update broke the password manager interoperability. I can't see the shortcut anymore to jump to the manager. I now have to open the manager, copy the password, then paste in nefcu app.

Ridiculous extremely slow!!! It takes about 1 minute to log on. I get the scrolling wheel for that much time.
