Has this app been abandoned? Reinstalled several times. Get error message about databases not loading. Unable to look up configurations.

Stopped working on my LG g4 from T-Mobile. Too bad because I really use this app a lot. Update, still no fix two weeks later. Still not fixed, and it's been well over a month already. I'm going to uninstall it, it's obvious they don't care to fix the issue.
