Easy words and phrases for the complete beginner to grasp. Test your knowledge with the flash cards and listen to the correct pronunciation of the word. I'm almost a complete beginner, having forgotten many of the words learned as a child. Now older, wishing to connect with family in Sri Lanka, the app so far has assisted me. I like being able to hear how each word sounds. Frequent use of the app and repetition is key.

Writing is incorrect and simified to avoid ligatures, words are tumbled individually out of context, which makes memorization difficult. Not many common useful phrases to practice fluency. Disappointed with the upgraded paid version.
