When your service is down the app removes your login details, why? I started using my Neos again. Everything was honky dory for 4 months then notifications stopped, how do I get them back?

Looks like the subscription fiasco has finally been sorted. At least for me anyway! Had to go into the app. And choose the boost option again, as if I was starting a new subscription but definitely working again now.

Having issues! I pay for the boost subscription however it will not accept the payment. I know it's not the card that's the issue as it covers several other subscriptions via Google, and they go through fine. Neos please help!!!!!

Is the issue with the Boost Subscription going to be sorted at any point? Camera will record 12 seconds of video with a 5-minute cool down. Functionally useless. If the cameras have been abandoned then I'd prefer to know and switch rather than being fobbed off with the notion that they're "working on it".
