After using this for a while now i can say I haven't had the issues others have said about, admittedly it was a pain to set up as there is no step by step instructions that make much sense... After a long play with the set up and getting it to sync with my phone via Bluetooth and having to change settings in strava to accept the unit (which I wasn't aware of) I can't fault it... I do my ride then open the app click the blue tooth button and in a minute my ride is uploaded to strava. If there was one thing I'd like to improve it would be the ability to turn the unit off and then carry on the next bit of the journey without it being classed as a 2nd ride, so if I was riding over 2 days or stopped for lunch I could show the whole ride

After this week, the app is no longer syncing with strava. Guessing their api broke, and there doesn't seem to be any way to fix it. Have factory reset neostracker, disconnected all related accounts, and then reconnected them. No change. This worked fine for the past two years, but after Tuesday night where it refused to connect, it has not worked at all since. I'm ready to replace the Neostrack with a Garmin, even though the device itself seems to function fine, but if the software doesn't perform properly, there's zero reason to continue using it. Updated: Contacted and had a few emails with one of the dev team. Very very quick to respond, and it looks like they've fixed the issue with syncing strava. I'm still very uncertain about both the longevity of the product, and how long this will last (until the next update where it breaks?) but I'll keep using it for now while I'm in search of a new computer.

All good until today when the app doesn't want to upload the ride anymore. The device is connected with my phone, but doesn't want to upload my work.

Will not sync with Strava. Performed ok for about 1 week, now refuses to upload ride data to Strava app. The app is not very well designed, but this fault renders it virtually useless. Am now attempting to return the Neostrack unit for a full refund. Very poor from a very trusted cycling company.

Phone and app pair perfectly but it does not pair with my Samsung A51 bluetooth to recieve text, call or email notifications. Does not bluetooth android version 11. Therefore no notifications such as text/email/call. Cannot upload pics to activity. Only thing working perfect is upload ride activity. Works perfect with older android versions 4 and 5. Giant Neos as a GPS works perfectly. Above mentioned is only flaw I found and therefore not suited for the need i bought it for
