#UPDATE: No mileage being recorded after latest update so now completely useless#. App is now much improved after its dismal birth. It is now more or less works. Does save battery used for rides now. Sometimes still a bit dodgy after a stop when the bike has switched itself off - usually works but hard to know if phone had reconnected to phone. Mileage since last service still not working after it was messed up a few updates ago. Total mileage now seems to be working reliably.

Never had an issue with the app & I've used it for years, all the things it sets out to do it does well. Never had an issue with Bluetooth or navigation, updates for the ebike are frequent, I find being able to change power settings useful and effective, trips speed distance etc. accurately match up with my Garmin. Only thing I've not been able to do is register my ebike. Other than that Not sure why the app has so many 1 stars.

The Giant e-bike app includes a speedometer and among others, also a built-in navigation. Sure, you need to register, but your data syncs seamlessly, and if you link another Giant bike, all your ride stats stay in sync. Good work, Giant!

This app remains to want to be dumb. I have an eMTB and start my ride where there are no data reception on my phone. I CAN'T use the app because the first thing it does is to log in to my account, BUT IT CAN'T! WHY BE SO DUMB! Just ignore the login and work in offline mode, so easy! Please test your app in a real world environment if you are lacking foresight. What a useless app and idiot engineers. I can't stress enough how IDIOTS you Giant Engineer! Cheap bikes dumb engineers, fine match!

I'd give these zero stars. The first time using this app, it forced you to upgrade firmware before you can use it, update failed, and it's bricked my e-bike which is under 12.months old, like WTH.
