App constantly crashes while trying to carry out a firmware update.... Glitchy as hell.

Recently bought a Giant Power Pro chain set that was listed as not working. I tried most of the day to connect it using my Galaxy S10+ but it wouldn't update firmware or calibrate. Out of pure frustration I used my Samsung tablet with an older version of Android and it both calibrated and did the firmware update. The power meter is now fully functional, am really pleased as I paid a good price for a used R8000 chain set with no power meter.

Utterly woeful. Fortunately, the Power Pro itself is great, and all the major functions of this app can be done by Garmin, which works brilliantly. Giant need to up their game.
