Few days ago, the apps are not updated, my passport is come already but when I checked the application status there it showed (passport has been issued) . What lied too me these apps, I waiting 3 weeks extra for show this status. Humble request for developer update the application PLZ. Thanks!

The application concept for passport services is commendable, but the execution falls far short of expectations. The passport tracking system is incredibly slow, and the data management system appears outdated and inefficient. There is a pressing need to upgrade to a real-time tracking system that provides accurate updates to users. Government officers ask us to check status in this app. The app cites Server Error since 1 month back. The app shows the current step but doesn't show a tentative timeline or next step in the process. The app doesn't have any means to provide feedback.
