Can't select the delivery method, so order cannot be checked out. Doesn't have payment method. Basically this is not an online store just product gallery.

I can't access my account via app (no problem via web). It keeps saying that I got my email / password wrong. I even tried "Forgot Password", put a new password, re-tried logging in from the app to no avail.

I love nespresso machine but dislike the app - my payment almost always didn't go through. Used my 100k voucher, failed payment, voucher can't no longer be used. Emailed the contact center, no reply *sigh
