Everything worked in my old APP! After downloading the new APP it no longer recognizes my machine! I have to download 2 separate APPs, one for purchases of capsules and one for machine control - good for Manager who thought up changes, bad for me a customer. I guess I'll start buying the cheap capsules from our local discounter. Deleted both APPs, intend to Spam Nespresso emails, shame after 15 years. The young managers who broke the system should remember; if it ain't broke don't fix it!

Dost open, just force closes when I try to open and now the old app doesn't work, just won't let me sign in before showing an error....great work nespresso. Guess I'll just go back to Keurig because I can't order coffee anymore......

First-ever order with @NespressoCanada and already a customer service nightmare. I accidentally ordered Original pods for my new Vertuo machine. Realized my mistake 6 minutes later and contacted them immediately. Was told the order couldn’t be cancelled. Spoke to 3 agents over 2 days, with zero help. Only a supervisor finally offered a reasonable resolution. For a premium brand, an ordering system this confusing + customer service this inflexible is unacceptable. First impression: terrible.
