Very disappointed that Nespresso has chosen to align your company with Dua Lipa. As a Jew I find her political statements to be offensive and ill-informed. I always thought the Swiss remained neutral. You are part of a Swiss company (Nestlé). I never expected such a blatant "slap in the face" from my morning coffee. Delivery is supposed to be free on orders over 50 dollars. I spent almost 70 dollars, and they still wanted me to pay for shipping or select a pickup point. It was difficult ordering online and took a long time.

I don't like their app at all it isn't user-friendly, and they make you buy minimum amounts of coffee for delivery. Also, delivery is very expensive, £5. Very pricey.
