Love the daily crediting of interest. However, I'd like to have an option to lock outgoing transactions/money send feature as I am planning to put most of my emergency fund here that I won't prolly touch for years to come and just go come get the interest every month. Would be nice to have such feature to secure our funds and not easily transfer money as OTP or biometrics could then be required for it.

Best phone banking app in the Philippines. Free transfers is a game changer. Easy to take a screenshot of transactions and keep track of finances. Was able to have an additional account to separately track my savings after requesting from their CSR. The best digital bank and none is a close second.

Worst Creating Account Experience. It will ask you for your SSS, TIN, and GSIS number. Then on the documents upload option, there's no National ID. Available documents are like police clearance, NBI, Barangay clearance, Postal ID, SSS ID driver's license. You can't even use any ID that doesn't have any expiration date such as National ID. Their system was not updated, old system. With those unnecessary information needed, I just uninstalled it and forget about opening an account with this bank.

They did not provide any warning that the account will be going to dormancy. Considering it is a digital bank, they should at least send an email or SMS, so customers are aware. I still had ₱1,000 in my account, and suddenly I received an email from Net bank saying that my account is now dormant. There was no warning, not even a week before. They took my ₱1,000 just like that. I applied for reactivation, but they have lots of requirements and procedures. Hassle for OFW's
