Useful app for reporting issues and accessing building documents such as financials and meeting minutes. Points for improvement: 1) some documents don't seem to have been uploaded (e.g. Building inspection report for my building), and 2) each time I use it is makes me log in needing 2FA, it should allow an option to stay logged in on the device.

Very broken app, malfunctions often and won't let me generate and download important documents when I need them. Net strata should not make accessing certain documents exclusive to this broken app. I never had issues with the website, so why move access to documents I can access from the website to this terrible app.

Absolutely woeful app. It forgets my number regularly, won't verify, won't validate, won't update, won't open. I don't know why my strata company uses it. I can't contact anyone via this!
