Worst App I have ever encountered, a real pain to install and then set a password, impossible on the phone, I had to duplicate on laptop to get anywhere, please sort it out.

This app and booking system is bad enough to put me off any activities. It's poorly thought out. Why do I have to create separate accounts for each child and log in for each to book a swimming slot? Why is it so awkward to find out what events or activities are available? Terrible and I have no patience for it.

App does not recognize my membership (the website does though), so despite being logged in, I cannot book the gym and also a lot of bookable sessions that should be free with membership are chargeable. It evidently does not think I am a member. Similar review from someone in 2024 so long-standing issue that has not been fixed. Error: Sorry, your membership means you aren't able to purchase this activity.

Utterly awful! Locked me out of my account even though made a booking 2 seconds earlier and have no idea how you book a family of three in to swim! Makes no sense

Appalling App, the worst I've ever used. Took an hour to register and book a class for two people. It's the worst app to find out how to register if you're not a member. Won't let you book more than one person on a class. So had to register both me and my daughter to attend the same class. While trying register and after adding class to basket it kept saying the class was full so had to add a different class to basket to keep space open in wanted class and change once finally registered us both.
