NEXA Customer App is designed for customers who want a clear, organized, and reliable way to order products and track the full journey of their orders from submission to delivery. The app supports normal product orders, custom requests, and seasonal campaign orders within one structured supply and delivery experience.

With NEXA, customers can browse available products based on their delivery area, view product details, add items to the cart, choose a delivery address, select an available delivery slot, review the order summary, and confirm the order using the available payment options. NEXA is not a random open marketplace and it is not a traditional restaurant delivery app. It is an operational platform that connects customers, suppliers, warehouses, aggregation teams, operations, and drivers through a controlled workflow.

For regular orders, customers can choose products from the approved catalog and complete checkout directly. For custom requests, customers can submit details for products that are not currently listed in the catalog without paying immediately. The request is reviewed, priced, and sent back to the customer as an offer. Once the customer accepts the price, the request becomes an active order and continues through the normal checkout and fulfillment process. NEXA also supports seasonal campaigns, where customers can order selected products during a specific campaign period, while supply and delivery are managed according to the campaign schedule.

The app provides step-by-step order tracking so customers can understand what is happening at every stage. Order statuses may include: new order, under supply, under aggregation, ready to ship, ready for delivery, out for delivery, delivered, or failed delivery when an issue occurs. This gives customers better visibility and reduces the need for manual follow-up.

NEXA also helps customers manage their delivery addresses. Customers can add multiple addresses, select a default address, provide detailed delivery instructions, and use location information where available to support a smoother delivery process. Delivery timing is connected to the customer’s delivery area, helping the platform offer realistic and organized delivery options.

Notifications keep customers updated about important actions and changes, including order confirmation, status updates, pricing offers for custom requests, delivery progress, and required customer actions. The app also supports customer communication and support so issues or questions related to orders can be followed more easily.

NEXA is built to be the customer-facing side of a complete supply and delivery operation. It does more than list products; it helps customers submit orders, follow supply progress, understand warehouse and delivery stages, and receive their purchases through a structured operational flow.
