Not letting me log in at all. It says that my account isn't in the system when it is. So I go to create an account and says already have an account in that name. So I Tru again and still says that it's not an account in the system.

Don't waste your time getting internet / Wi-Fi with this company they are completely trash I have had them since oct.2025 and my internet goes out every 2 months and they been told by me and the tech that comes out to fix it what the problem is and they won't send the people out to fix the problem, so it doesn't keep going out like it does and even if it goes out early in morning they still never have a tech that can come fix it that day you gotta go all day and night and half /all next day

This app sux, it rarely registers that my Internet devices (modem/router, etc.) are working when I'm trying to do a speed test or check the network. Not a fan of Next link but I live in the country and not inside city limits and ther're about the only reliable internet provider here. As soon as I can afford Starlink equipment, my family is switching. We're so tired of having to reset the equipment to get somewhat "decent" (29-60mbps 90mbps if we're lucky) download speed and upload about 2-5mbps.
