Unreliable App. Clicked on link in email to connect with provider, which took me to the app. App instructions say to click on link in email. Repeated the process several times. Never worked. Called doctor's office for help. Tried everything again with no luck. Uninstalled app and reinstalled. Didn't work. Had to reschedule appointment to try again in the future. Sooooo frustrating!

I could not figure out how to enable the speakerphone on my Galaxy S21. My doctor called me, but I could not hear him w/o holding the phone to my ear. I could not find a switch or setting to turn on the speakerphone of my cell phone.

Android version doesn't work. Clicked link in email and text over 50 times for 10 minutes from scheduled time to 10 minutes beyond. Doesn't work. I flew in to be with my 95 YR old dad for cancer stage follow up.
