I can't change default notification sound, so it's yelling like crazy as nham Hamm in the restaurant.

No receive notifications. My telephone is open all notifications and I go to check in the telephone shop, if the telephone have correct setting, and they told me yes, but every time when I have an order, i no receive notifications. Cannot work like that!!

Well organized app, but like many other stores using Nham24 for their delivery service, order notifications are frequently non-existent and when they do occur the volume, duration and frequency of the ringtone is such that it cannot be heard over restaurant or bar background noise. Have repeatedly reported this problem and Nham24 does not seem to care. Fixing this one problem would 1) position stores to be more responsive to customers, 2) speed up customer deliveries, 3) reduce staff costs for Nham24 by reducing the number of operators necessary to call stores about orders, 4) improve the impression of Nham24 as a responsible and responsive delivery service. It's a simple solution - a longer, louder, multifrequency ringtone - so why haven't they fixed it after years of the problem being reported?
