App only connects to the fan, you have to disconnect from your regular home Wi-Fi and connect directly to the fan and who wants to keep doing that, Connecting through your home Wi-Fi following there instructions does not work and Support could not help, Support is hopeless and know nothing as I have put a few things to them, but you just get passed around and finally told someone will get back to me which never happens I wanted 4 in my home but as can't connect through my home Wi-Fi, I stick with 1
