I’ve never been a fan of Nib Bank or its app, but had no choice but to use it. The new Nib Tera app doesn’t work, and branch staff seemed more confused than helpful. They kept giving excuses until I contacted Head Office myself, who admitted the app is still under development. I ended up withdrawing my money. Please improve staff training and app development.

Why did he need all of my Phone permission he ia take it everything, that is not good and I don't like it so that I stop it using it, If he didn't take all the permission he didn't work .so that I leave it Bye Bye?
