NicDrop: Quit Smoking & Vaping

Quit smoking, stop vaping or quit nicotine pouches without going cold turkey (unless you want to).
NicDrop is a stop-smoking tracker with a step-down plan: tell it what you use and how many a day, and in two minutes you have a daily allowance that drops each week, a quit date and what a year of nicotine is costing you. No account, no sign-up.

TRACK IN ONE TAP
Log a cigarette, a vape session or a pouch as it happens. See today's number against your allowance, your streak, money saved and how long you've been smoke-free or nicotine-free.

BEAT THE CRAVING
Cravings peak and pass in about three minutes. The SOS screen gives you a countdown, a breathing pacer and the reasons you wrote on day one. With Pro, a coach that knows your plan talks you through it, any hour.

SEE THE PATTERN
When in the day it happens, what sets it off (coffee, driving, after food) and how each week compares. Edit or delete any entry.

MILESTONES THAT COUNT
Your day-two morning note, your first three-day streak, your quit day: NicDrop marks the moments that matter.

REMINDERS YOU CONTROL
Evening check-in, morning number, new-week step-down and quit day, each with its own switch.

PRO
• Craving coach
• The full taper ladder, adjustable any time
• 90-day insights and CSV export
Pro is optional: a subscription or a one-time purchase, managed in Google Play. Logging and the SOS screen work without it.

NicDrop is a self-tracking tool, not medical advice. If you use nicotine to manage a condition, talk to a clinician.
