Use this app to open our community gate. Using for about one year with no complaints. Like you can give, and take away permission to family and friends

Works ok some of the time but often won't open my gate. Seems to happen most when I'm in a hurry, but lately it fails at least 50% of the time. Sometimes it will work on the 4th or 5th try, and sometimes it won't work at all. I've had to disconnect my opener several times to get out. FYI: People have to request keys. You cannot assign keys and nothing in the app explains this.
