It's very easy to use, easy to learn how to use, and very, very safe and secure. I highly recommend using this app if you have a nimbl card.

Great app, nice and easy to use, never had any real issues logging in. Had it for 2 years now on 2 different phones. My only criticism is there isn't an app (that I know of) for my kids to have on their phones to keep a check on balances, move money into their savings account etc.

It's good service but my parent put money in to pay for the use of the card, and they just locked it and didn't use the money in the parent account to pay for the use

The nimble app has turned terrible it won't let me log in and keeps saying something went wrong. It's just ridiculous that the app won't work. What's even worse is with Nimbl you can't withdraw money, you can't use it on certain Buses and some shops don't take the nimbl card. Nimbl I'll ne honest with you, you need to do better.

Used to work. Following recent updates it doesn't seem to update the balance showing for the card. So cannot see how much money remains on it. Which is kind of one of the main points of the app.
