BikeNode shows cycling routes on the map worldwide. Cyclists can switch between road routes and MTB routes. BikeNode is not a navigation app; it just shows an overview of all routes in different colors on the map.
The best coverage of cycling routes is in Europe. BikeNode gets the routing information from WayMarkedTrails.org and OpenFietsKaart.nl. They in turn both get their data from OpenStreetMap.org.

Good this application is really useful. Feature missing: Auto map center Map orientation: north/driving direction Arrow pointer (instead of ball) that shows driver direction Info: km/h, distance, altitude, etc

Straightforward app that simply shows you where you are on a map with knooppunten. Because the routes and knooppunten are drawn very big, you get an excellent overview of the biking possibilities.
