This application is so bad take note of it, on 4th of 03 2023 I made a transfer of #30,000 to a union bank acc which the acc is a business cooperative acc so instead of the transaction to display my name on the sender's details its only showing number payment service, after all this is a bad experience for me because they're many people making transfers to the acc, and I was told to provide my payment receipt and ever since then I've been requesting for my statement of acc they're providing rubbish

I referred a friend to your platform ....and he told me you have frozen the money in his account for the past 3 months ....he said he as answered every question and picture you requested from him...and yet the account remain locked .....ur customer service keep saying they will give it to the department in charge of reviewing ....for 3 months?.... that's crazy do better ...his name is Martins Ketanji..... please do something about it.
