I have started using the Pos which is formally called Audi since 2021. But my main concern is why did you people remove the overdraft so quick. Because I have a locked savings and that overdraft has be helping me in my business because I prefer using my overdraft than to borrow from other app that will give you money with huge interest. Please Zomba should reactivate the overdraft for people like us🙏

I really love the app, but I'd love if there was a dark theme feature and also if I could change my profile picture too and a feature that shows how many free transfers I have left for the month so I know when I'm out of free transfers, these little things would really make things better for me. Everything else is perfect

My experience with Nombank App is distressingly disappointing. Lack of customer service and no response time makes Nombank App even more frustrating. About a month ago, I did a transaction using the Zomba app, I have been sending emails requesting for bank statement from Nombank without success. I was requested to forward a handwritten letter along with a copy of my NIN for which I did as requested, but till this very moment no response from Zomba mfb. That is carelessly wicked.

Stay away from this Bank, they're theif I received payment to this bank, but they don't allow me to withdraw my money whenever I messaged them they will keep telling me that they are going to get back to me in 24 more than 3 days ago they're not paying money back Advised to find another trusted Bank to use
