It fast and good network but when someone hacked my account and withdraw a hundred thousand Zomba refused to answer me they stop picking up my calls and block my POS

This is the worst bank ever, if you love your mental health say far away from them. Their customer service are d poorest I have ever witness. They froze my account and held my money for over a weak because someone who bought my asset try to defraud me by charging back. I have sent everything they requested including the receipt of transaction, but they never responded and keep review for God know how long. And the sickest part, you can hear they customer care agent laughn while pourn out ur pain

This application is so bad take note of it, on 4th of 03 2023 I made a transfer of #30,000 to a union bank acc which the acc is a business cooperative acc so instead of the transaction to display my name on the sender's details its only showing number payment service, after all this is a bad experience for me because they're many people making transfers to the acc, and I was told to provide my payment receipt and ever since then I've been requesting for my statement of acc they're providing rubbish

My account as been frozen since February I have reached out to your customer service, and I have told to send various pictures showing the proof of the source of payment which I did.....still I am yet to be answered ...this is August already ..... your customer service is too slow and not solution oriented..... please unfreeze my account.
