Comments on Northstar Village Transit for Android

★★★★★ S Hesselg · Jan 14, 2025

We use this service regularly and wait times are accurate and bus drivers are friendly

★☆☆☆☆ Sufficiently Sauced · Mar 25, 2022

Straight doodoo, can't call shuttles to your closest designated shuttle pick up/drop of area, app is glitchy as hell, won't let you pick drop off destinations that it gives you the option of choosing on their map. Misleading information as to where the map shows pickup locations as well.

★★☆☆☆ Jonathan Davis · Mar 11, 2026

Several days of the app not working where it cancels the ride after it's being requested even though it works for other people without an android. No response ever from their customer support after each day it happens.

★★☆☆☆ Nihar Khedekar · Jan 15, 2024

Pretty bad for a transit app They should add stops on the map, so you know where the various stops near you are. My nearest stop (Rocky Point) had 60 min wait time! The second nearest - about 10 m walk - the parking lot, had shuttles running every 5-10 mins! The app neither told me about it, neither could I see it. It's only when I saw all the shuttles pass by me while I was walking that I realize there was an option-2. 2 stars because the app is better than not having this info available
