The app needs to show more details on the driver - on screen before they show up. App should show where the bus is to be able to follow progress. App need to better represent the shuttle stops to be able to find them faster/easier.

I wish I could give zero starts. My wife dropped her phone on the shuttle, and we let our front desk know. They called the shuttle, and there was no response. I also emailed them the 6th right when it happened with no response until the 12th, saying they didn't find it and hope it showed up. Luckily, my wife went back to the stop an hour later, and the bus pulled up, and she asked if the phone was in the back and it was. Absolutely terrible customer service 6 days? Wow. Won't use this again.
