Clean auto, defensive driver, shows up each time, on time, and one hour wait time.

In the app it gives you an estimated time before you request the ride.... said 13 mins the first time then when I requested it told me 84 mins. I cancelled it and tried it again. 10 mins wait time after requested over 80 mins. Tried Requesting a ride ahead of time, not allowing me 🥴😞 They may be $3 a ride but that's if you can get one, WHEN YOU NEED, VANS ALSO SEEM A bit DIFFICULT TO STEP UP IN & SEATS ARE NOT easy for short people to get up on. 🤷🏿‍♀️ driver's all seem great though.

Pretty much same as everyone else's experience. Drivers are phenomenal, but you'll schedule a ride and have them show up 10 minutes early (if you're lucky) or 20-30 minutes late. Don't bother calling, as they'll tell you 30–45 minutes before your scheduled time that the driver is running late. Seems that 30–45 minutes is ample time to correct running late. I've talked to some of the drivers, and their system doesn't even prioritize scheduled rides over people requesting them for "now" pick up.

Still charges you for the ride even when you've been waiting for a ride for over 2 hours and end up canceling.
