Easy to use and works better than similar apps

Iused this app in multiple facilities with different devices and it just doesn't work right. Call lights don't recognize when you turn them off half the time and if you forget to" take" a call light on the device before you turn it off it will take you the rest of your life. If someone forgets to "complete" a light on the phone after turning off then it will stay there for days. They have take something fairly simple and added completely useless and time-wasting steps.

I used this app for over a month with no problem. Now I can't use it cause it says there's a bug even after multiple uninstalls and reinstall
