Thank you for the two free consultations, Dr. Francesca Felix and Asistensi PH. My internet is strong and stable, but video calls in Asistensi are choppy and sluggish. The volume cannot be controlled; it appears to be a fixed volume strength, and even if it is set to Bluetooth earphones, the sound of the video call that should be in earphones still comes through the phone speaker. That is the only issue I have with the app.

This app is amazing! The consultation that is worth 300–500 pesos on physical clinics, it's free here! They will even send you the summary and the treatment for your concern through your email. This is a rare gem app.

Ivented out that I am so disappointed and unsatisfied on how you treated me from the beginning of the service. It felt like I customer service agents do not care what your clients feel. And for me this is my ultimatum to cancel my services with you. I am happy to be a part of it even for a short time, but maybe this isn't the right HMO for me. Please terminate my service with you ASAP. It's fine if you won't be refunding me for the month of May.
