An excellent banking app, well and truly above those produced by the big 4. The only negative at this time is that I cannot use face unlock as a biometric option on my Pixel 9, although fingerprint unlock is still quick.

The "Customize" buttons are different, and it makes things more difficult than they need to be... The Customize button before logging in is to decide which (only 5??) accounts you want shown.... After logging in the Customize button is to move the placement order of each account... To edit the accounts I want shown I have to log out, press "Customize" and log back in.

Good app. I wish it had a function for people to tap pay like the westpac app, would be great to run a business with payments directly through the app with a tap and go function for customers.

Since opening accounts with NPBS I have never had an issue. L can pay someone, transfer money to someone and transfer money from one account to another. Very simple to use

Difficult, Bill Pay fails to edit, the CRN failed to display, account numbers not displayed in statements. Important when trying to verify payment confirmation details. All payment details, after making payment, don't show. Doesn't open App on the login page. Slow to log in

Suddenly I have a message saying my phone is not compatible with this app. Very disappointing as I use this app daily. Looks like I will need to move my money to another bank.
