Good app I use for most things, but it absolutely needs a before and after balance feature on withdrawals and deposits like the other big players have. This helps so much more to keep track of spending and or backtracking transactions, some which may be of a suspicious nature. Please look into this as all my other banking apps have it, but I prefer using Hume as my main goto...

The new Hume bank app is sadly 3 steps backwards. In comparison to the original app this one is clunky, slow, unintuitive and sore on the eyes. Trying to do multiple back to back transfers now takes an age as it takes you back to the home page after every transfer instead of staying in the account your managing. Also, cannot change the order your accounts appear in. Frustrating.

Need to make an urgent transfer but don't have the data to download the updated version. Need the card number to log into Ibank, and I don't have a physical card so can't see it without having access to my app... which has been disabled. I hope there's a security justification for disabling the old app, and it's not just to force people to test out your new UI. Banking disruption is serious business yeah? If I get late fees bc of this I'll need to be comped. If it ain't broke, pls don't fix.
