Everything works well except for notifications. For past few months, I don't get any push notifications.

★★★★☆ Amar Murari · Nov 28, 2019

Thanks for quick turnaround and fixing the issue.

★★★★☆ Mohan Tatineni · May 14, 2019

There no Chat option or write email for queries to post. Please add that.

There shoud be an option where parents can post their concerns and ask questions. This app works exactly as NPS management. They never listen to any parent and leave them to suffer for whole year. Parents do not take strict action thinking their child my get bad treatment... So disappointing and frustrating

★★☆☆☆ Maanasa N J · Jun 5, 2021

Why would the app used for school want access to phone storage such as pictures, videos and files. It should accept if denied and allow us to use the app. This is baseless!!

★☆☆☆☆ Arka Mondal · Mar 22, 2021

The app is very poorly designed. OTPs are not sent. It has been a year and only once was our OTP sent during login. After that, we have never been able to log in from any device. The one time we did manage to log in, all the messages were in a messed up order and some messages never reached us. This app is essential for NPS Whitefield students, yet it does not work well. The helpline is always busy. NPS even made paying the book fees through this app a necessity.

★☆☆☆☆ Suryanarayanan Sukumar · Dec 9, 2019

No, Its updated version & is still the same. 1. Takes more time to refresh. Many a times I have missed the latest message/ notification as the app was still showing the last read message and will be surprised to see the current message when I open for the next notification. 2. Does not allow forwarding the actual message. Sometimes provide an option to copy the message and pasted in other communication tools like SMS/ Mail/ WhatsApp. But this option does not work with all the messages.
