I like it a lot. NRB Click needs to be made more modern than other banking apps. It needs to be brought with virtual cards and can be applied with physical cards. It needs to be made more user-friendly.

Not all districts come for all banks in NRB Click app. When I select Midland Bank for Beneficiary account addition, after that all district names do not appear. Rangpur district, Rangpur branch need fund transfer, but Rangpur district does not come, for Midland Bank. When I spoke to the call center they told me the same, Can't update everything in App. If this is the case, it is very sad that you have to go to another bank. Please resolve the matter quickly.
