I am at a nrg Northampton unable to create an account with this app because the location is not on the list. I have membership and an account, but I can not log in or create an account for the app because the location of Northampton isn't in it.

Worst app ever, not user-friendly & useless! I can't log into my account, tried resetting my password several times, still didn't work, not able to use QR code to enter gym, I'm considering cancelling my membership as my experience at Glasgow gym has been a nightmare.

Cant log in, tried reseting password 20 plus times, can't even log in on the website and a clear lack of replied from nrg on reviews so very poor, use another gym not these crooks
