The previous NSSF Tariff system was very good. You could see everything, from contributions to detailed personal records. However, the current version is not well organized and is not user-friendly for members like the previous one. Whenever you log in, it keeps showing: “FAILED TO LOAD SERVICES, PLEASE TRY AGAIN.” This happens every time. Please fix this issue, or if it is not possible, kindly restore the former NSSF Tariff system. Hii app ya sasa sio bora kama ya awali NSSF TARIFF.

Bad bad really bad, if NSSF monitors the feedback of their customers, they should fix this app, it's disturbing, it doesn't open, it doesn't do anything, we can't see our information.
