I just wanted to share my experience regarding your kiosk, I wanted to recharge, and then I insert a new 500 Durham bill, but it shows rejected but failed to dispense back my 500 Durham bill I have called the customer care many times but still hearing the same thing that I will receive an update within 2 business days, and it's really frustrating to this point March 18, 2026 around 6:30 pm Machine I'd: 34322468 I will not remove this review until I get my money back

Wallet dark system Subject: Your "NT Wallet Points" System is Predatory and Deceptive — Fix It, or I’m Going Public To NT Wallet Management, Your recharge system gives 80 NT Wallet points per top-up, then lets 480 points expire monthly while providing ZERO documented way to redeem them. I am emigrant working and 1 AED is also valued for me. I have E& wallet and today. When I deposit my money from NT machine the service fee is 4.99 AED I shocked I am not doing international deposit, so I email to the NT support team and tell them the issues now they give me customer service number to call.
