★★★★★ Great improvement for navigating the NTU campus! Excited to see how this helps students get around NTU, and so much more in the future.

★★☆☆☆ Inaccurate bus feedback and ridiculous customer service. I called their "urgent" helpline for one hour and no one picked up, are your phone lines that busy or no one bothers

★★☆☆☆ The accuracy of the buses' location needs to be improved. Most of the time they are off by a lot which makes it difficult to estimate the bus movement.

★★☆☆☆ 1 red bus servicing the entire school on a weekday afternoon 😴 gotta wait 30 mins for a remote chance to squeeze on
