It also has a section to give you gram wise and % wise distribution of total energy coming from all the Macro-nutrients in a multicoloured pie chart format.
Recipe Calculator: Weight wise calculations for a variety of comprehensive recipes entered in engine for analyzing the Macro and Micro Nutrients for each Recipe.
Ingredient: Nutrient analysis of each Ingredient in an alphabetical order to be able to be used while planning a recipe from the Food Groups Category.
Nutrient: A comprehensive list of all food items (in 100 g) in the order of Hierarchy from richest source to poor source for each Nutrient to be able to use in Diet planning.

This app is very useful, but there is major blunder as a dietitian I figured out is vitamin E values of all the ingredients given in the app is in mcg but when I rechecked with the IFCT latest book version then it's in mg and also in ntutive same values of alpha tocopherol was mentioned under mcg. Kindly change your mcg unit to mg for alpha tocopherol as it's a big blunder when we come up with therapeutic planning of patients with accuracy.
