I like the app because it actually lets me talk to my dad, but it's a problem you can't answer it when it rings and he calls and I can't hear him

If this is anything like the first product they will ignore bugs indefinitely (for years) and then shut down the service if you don't start paying monthly after selling a pay to own product leaving you with a nice paperweight.
