A beautiful cozy clean secure flat a street away from the beach in The Hague with cooking amenities, a dishwasher, very comfy bed, desk, plentiful tea, coffee, milk and oat milk, and cooking oil, and a fridge! Even had luggage lockers for early arrivals, so we could wander until check in. would use these guys anywhere and definitely recommend!

Overall, the apartment was really amazing I love every single moment I spent there .the area is well accessible, very close to the train and bus stop and the Shopping mall. The environment is very quiet and lastly the Customer service was top-notch. Anything I need, they respond to me very fast and asap. It was my first time in Germany but trust me, I felt at home. Numa is a place to be !!

Lovely apartment clean spacious. However living room area could do with a coffee table and maintenance should check things like constantly dripping kitchen taps and maybe a bigger bin for kitchen area

I have checked into Numa Berlin and can not activate the app...

It was the design and process. It is so annoying to deal with unreliable digital service. PIN code is annoying to receive, and I couldn't reach it again. Customer service needs 30 min. to reach. ID verification is annoying online, and needs several attempts. Why would I need 20 min. on my phone to achieve something that can be done in 30 sec. in person. Very unpleasant

I don't think they have thought about their business properly. Their app is not good enough to support their business operations and their AI-based customer support ends up in connecting to human agents who are overly busy and apologizing for slow response, and still not good at resolving the issues.

This app is a nightmare. If it's failing to work for any reason you got stranded outside and receive no help, just the repeated messages from the hotel to try again. Thanks for ruining my Easter in Berlin...
