I signed up to this app 18 months ago and received lots of lovely clothes. Now however I'm lucky when I request a swap, the swapper actually engages. 9 times in 10 my request is left ignored, so I cancel the swap. I emailed Nuw, and apparently they're looking into the issue of 'non-responses', however the same issue has occurred again two months later. When entering a search, the same clothes appear month-on-month, suggesting lots of old profiles and few new customers. Going back to Vinted.......
