The new version is release however when I try to update it stays on wait for download mode, and it does not download the update. Any help?

Cannot log in - first confirms my fingerprint being correct and then bombs and tells me to call hotline. Used to work and now there is no other way of accessing bank. Unfortunately hotline does not respond either.

You guys better fix this app I have use more tham 2 bank in austria I never had issues like this Sberbank app some of us are using old phone we must not change our good phone because of your heartless app now I installed this app on my phone it did not finish installations I try to install again again again this app telling me I should check my internet when I download other apps it works perfectly but only ober bank app

Very annoying app. I have to call the bank every time I want to add a new device or if I reset my device.
