It's a good app, very useful, but if your username and password are saved
and they autofill, you can't log in. Then you have to restart the app. If
that doesn't work your only hope is to go into your internet browser.

So far so good, the staff have been very courteous and responsive, answer questions and complete required tasks in a timely manner. I would have given five stars if I had more time with the service, but only being a few months in everything has been great so far.

Ocs banking app is not working for me. Cause it said I'm not signed up for the Mobile banking.it won't let me see my account.

This app sucks. At least twice a month, I have to delete it and reinstall it because it won't save my login information. It will literally make me reenroll in mobile banking every time I attempt to log in. If Owen County State Bank can't figure out how to make a banking app, can we really trust them with banking?

The app is full of bugs. The MFA doesn't work for text messages. The biometric sign-on doesn't work if the account has been locked before due to failed login attempts. Lastly the Belle feature doesn't work on the app. It just loads forever and never resolves. They really need to spend some time better testing the app to get it working better.
