I am invested in this TSX stock under the symbol ODD. V so I downloaded to see if it works well. I haven't ordered because there is not a location in my area yet but with over 90 locations coming to Canada there will be one soon. The functionality is great, and I had no issues navigating everything else.

The app changed my setting from delivery to pickup without my noticing until after the order was placed. The app had no way to cancel or modify an order after it is placed. The app had no option for me to contact the store to inform them of the error. I had to google the store's number (but no one picked up). I submitted a ticket in the app, and it took something like two weeks to get a response. You're better off using door dash. Food is amazing though.

Terrible app. I tried to order food, and it wouldn't accept my credit card. I went into the store and the staff had no idea how to help. Terrible.
