Very easy to navigate and easier to use than the Deon website, but it would be great if for My Limitless members if the cancellation window could be brought down to an hour instead of the normal two hours or not allow snacks to be bought because if you can't show up or miss the cancellation window for any reason you lose a good amount of money. Other than that I have no issues with it

Not a bad app, minor downside where I have taken a star off, when you click on a movie, you don't get the blurb or synopsis, it's pick a time and that's it, I have to come out the app to Google a movie or use my laptop to check, maybe they assume people know what a movie is about, hence why they're booking it, but I like to book on the fly. Oh and when you click start my order for food, once collected, the order numbers sits over the QR code, a pain to get rid to get back to QR to scan.

Search for a film to watch at your peril. Unless you live in Acton. Oh, and it will take a booking fee that is nonrefundable. Try the website as that at least asks you where you want to see the sodding film

Useless does not allow you to book for a carer anymore. Step backwards Deon. 6 weeks on still the same. Are you ever going to fix this problem? It's ridiculous in this day and age that you are the only entertainment app that has nothing to do with the CEA app. I would honestly give your app zero stars if I could.

Pretty awful - continually logs me out, then when I can log in, tells me my details are wrong most of the time ! Constantly deletes my favorite cinema and is not at all user-friendly. Tried logging out, uninstall etc. and nothing works. Just logging in on the website now, so much faster and less troublesome !
