Great and simple to use app. Easy to view and understand the seat booking process, and food. Only gripe with Odeons policy is when booking a seat as a single person, you can't book a seat if there's an e pay seat between you and another person which is insane because I've decided not to book on numerous occasions due to this.

Easy to book and move seats if needed. You can even cancel up to (I think) 24hrs before the film for a ticket refund, minus the booking fee. That said, I did experience multiple freezing and errors today when trying to book for Avengers Doomsday, so certainly not perfect.

Very easy to navigate and easier to use than the Deon website, but it would be great if for My Limitless members if the cancellation window could be brought down to an hour instead of the normal two hours or not allow snacks to be bought because if you can't show up or miss the cancellation window for any reason you lose a good amount of money. Other than that I have no issues with it

Even after uninstalling repeated connection issues when trying to book tickets, view films, log onto the app or pay for tickets. You get logged out randomly and going to a previous screen will send you back to the top of any list you had been on. Instead of an easily accessible separate tab in the menu bar for 'Bookings' you have to select "My Profile" then "Purchases" just to see the films you have booked. Inability to set notifications for specific films when tickets are available.

Fine for purchasing tickets but the rewards/points mechanism and its integration is awful to the point that it doesn't work. I get texts from Deon telling me to use my points to get a free ticket, but there's no way of doing that on the app that's easy to see. When trying to spend points on the machines at the cinema there are constant errors. I try every time, and it's literally never worked. Staff at the cinema couldn't even work it out.

Very poor with constant sign-outs, crashes. Booking a ticket often leads to a payment failed error, the ticket still gets booked, but then you can't refund anything when needed. Told the cinema, live chat, passed on feedback, nothing changes. No responses from dev team that aren't generic or scripted. Live chat has ridiculous wait times. Everyone in Birmingham Luxe talks through films and checks phones, screens often unmonitored. Poor cleaning, illegal fire door left open in Dolby screen.
