I think that this app is brilliant when I can use it to book cinema tickets online. It's easy to use, and I like using my cinema card to buy one and get one free. I'm having problems with your app via my mobile phone and tablet today when I tried to book tickets to see Moana on Tuesday the 14th of July at 13:40. I was able to pick my seats where I wanted to sit in the auditorium. The only bit that I couldn't do was include a companion or add my Cea card number. Why was that.

Repeatedly signed out of app, happens at random times and frequency, very frustrating when trying to scan tickets and find ive been signed out

Was a great app: but now Deon hate the disabled; there is no longer an option to add a CEA companion on the app, so the disabled and/or their carers have to go to the cinema in person to book the tickets (which does not show up on the app despite having it booked under your membership at the cinema). It also does not let you refund tickets hours before the film, leading to emails from Deon saying that you are wasting other people's seats (despite most of the auditorium being empty).
