Clunky. How on earth the Devs have missed the obvious user requirement of easy access to view tickets is beyond me. Why put my ticket, that I need now, in a sub, subdirectory of past purchases. The button doesn't even say tickets. Should be front page. Instead when loading the app you are greeted with a list of cinemas... why? I have already set my cinema. Ticket front page if you have one, qr code for account, and showtime for your already chosen cinema.

Worst app I've ever used. Consistently says I have a ticket booked when I don't so means I can't use my limitless+. Crashes constantly. Continually glitches when ordering food.

Blocks vpns, logs you out a lot. Blocking vpns is really dumb, you have to constantly enable and disable them just to use the app.

I could once order food and drink no problem and the app was fine (except being signed out frequently). Now I can order food at any cinema except the one I always use. No troubleshooting for this issue. Just keeps saying that there is an issue connecting with the server. No response from Deon when I queried this... I just won't buy any refreshments from Deon because those self-service points are even worse...
