It appears to me that they are scammers, fraudsters & dwindlers by way of their conduct & approach to customers. I made a refund on 27th May 2026,for a loan that was supposed to be due on 31st May. I sent a mail to that effect with proof of payment, but there was no response. Eventually, I had to repay the money again yesterday. Again, they are coming with the same approach, but it cannot work this time. With my proof of payment showing Vales co Lending Ltd. I'll report to credit bureau.

My experience with Okada was very bad, the staff are unprofessional using defamation of characters against me. The loan duration is too short with high rate.
