App could be better. Can't see points earned and how they accumulate to check they are being added (they are missed sometimes). It's also glitchy - I cannot order click and collect, the page just flickers, and I can't select a store. V frustrating. It used to work.

Terrible app! Glitch after glitch when trying to sign up. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Eventually signed up, so I can start collecting points but guess what...glitches at basket after you select your order. Overseen, sort it out unless your business model is about losing business from disgruntled app customers! Gails app and experience so much better....will focus my patronage there. Such a shame as your in-store staff are great.

Card/app payment is a pain to set up and still doesn't work by the way, I have to call and ask my bank to allow my card to be used, and scanning the barcode at payment terminal apparently doesn't work for collecting my points or bills either.
