Obvious points: has Estonian, Russian and English language options. All emergency numbers are for Estonia. Takes a minute to update whenever you open it, but you can skip that by tapping on the screen. Great for Estonians or those traveling there. However, the wealth of information it gives is universal, so if you want emergency preparedness information, this is a solid app.

Great app. Recommendation when selecting language, could you also select a country then personalize the emergency contact numbers and relent information.

For each notification in the app it displays several duplicate notifications in the phone's notification area (each making a sound and toast pop-up). Just now my phone chimed 11 times and showed 11 identical toasts, but in the app this message was there only once.
